Rolling stop planned on I-81 for construction project

SOUTH MIDDLETON TWP., Pa. (WHTM) – Traffic on Interstate 81 near Carlisle will be stopped for a short time today because of a construction project adjacent to the highway.

PennDOT says there will be a rolling stop between Exits 44 and 45 to allow a contractor to blast at construction site.

There will be a single blast between 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., weather permitting.
