WICKLIFFE, Ohio (WJW) — Police have arrested a driver they said caused a rollover crash on Interstate 90 East then fled the scene.

Police were dispatched just before 5:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, to the exit ramp to Bishop Road, according to a Facebook post.
