Romanza Interior Design was honored with six coveted Sand Dollar Awards for its interior design of two custom estates and one luxury condominium residence during the annual awards program presented by the Collier Building Industry Association’s Sales and Marketing Council.

Garnering Best Kitchen and Best Master Suite, the stunning new luxury Portmore estate was brought to life with an inspired interior design that enhances the home with a blend of midcentury modern and contemporary coastal elements. Within 4,059 square feet of living space, Senior Design Director Michael Scott created refined interiors with a palette of creamy pearl paired with rich wood tones that perfectly complement the sophisticated, clean-lined elegance of the Portmore design. A gourmet-worthy kitchen with sleek-lined cabinetry features an ingenious walk-through office, pantry and wine room. A private hall leads to the estates expansive master suite, where dual oversized walk-in closets offer ample wardrobe space and a spa-inspired bath showcases a dramatic freestanding soaking tub and dual vanity areas.

In Mediterra, the Carmela estate, also by Scott, received top accolades for Interior Design of the Year, Best Master Suite and Best Kitchen. With a choice location within Naples’ premier golf and beach club community, the Carmela features a fresh, contemporary design complemented by sophisticated interiors that enhance the home’s livability and seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Scott created his signature masterful blend of textures and finishes to elevate the Carmela, which offers three bathrooms, three full baths and two half-baths in 3,836 air-conditioned square-feet.

In the kitchen and butler’s pantry, Scott chose a taupe Pompeii quartz to complement cabinetry from Soho Custom in an Oregon pine textured melamine finish. The island features a dramatic waterfall edge of White Macaubas quartz, paired with a quartet of mixed material stools and a pair of antique nickel pendant lamps. With an air of ethereal elegance, a handsome king bed finished with golden bronze and acrylic accents takes center stage in the master suite, where a pair of champagne silver nightstands flank each side and an artistic chandelier elevate the space.

In Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples’ newest luxury Life Plan Community created in partnership with Moorings Park and London Bay, a luxury condominium residence was honored with a Best Interior Design of the Year award. Designer Luann Powers Gliwski took advantage of the soaring ceilings and light-filled living spaces in the Brook residence to create a distinctive design. In the 3,905-square-foot condominium, boasting three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, an organic sculptural chandelier picks up the light from the contemporary abstract art that foreshadows the taupes, sapphire blues and metallic finishes woven throughout the home. White washed wire brushed wood floors unite living spaces, including the great room, where a warm charcoal wood stain wet bar with a bronze mirror backsplash offers stylish storage and a built-in stainless wine refrigerator.
