Ron DeSantis to bring 2024 presidential campaign to Rochester

ROCHESTER — Republican presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis will make a campaign stop in the city Thursday.

DeSantis, the Florida governor, is scheduled to appear June 1 with his wife, Casey, at the American Legion Post 7 building at 94 Eastern Ave.

Doors open for the free event at 10:30 a.m., with the program beginning at 11:30 a.m. and scheduled to end at 1 p.m., according to the candidate's campaign website, where tickets are available.
