Ronnie Wood sketches the hands of Rolling Stones

Back of My Hand? Guitarist Ronnie Wood has unveiled four new drawings of his fellow Rolling Stones sketched on the 'No Filter' tour, focussing on their hands alone.

Each print represents the respective band member holding a symbolic instrument: Wood himself and Keith Richards are shown with guitars, while Charlie Parker's hands grasp drumsticks. Mick Jagger is represented wielding a harmonica and some maracas.

The Rolling Stones have rocked stages around the world in their more than 50-year career.

But it's not the first time Wood has tried his hand at art: he was formally trained at Ealing College of Art in London and in 2012 opened a retrospective of his paintings, sketches and photos assembled by art collector Bernie Chase.
