Lake County records show Sparrow Patio CL LLC, an entity related to Seffner-based Rooms To Go, paid $1.85 million on May 25 for a 2-acre site near the intersection of State Road 50 and Magnolia Pointe Boulevard.

City of Clermont records reveal plans for a new Rooms To Go location at the site, which is part of a new mixed-use development. The property is less than a mile east of its existing store at 16350 State Road 50 in Clermont, which county records show was built in 2014.
