Roseville parks fundraiser Tapped and Uncorked returns with craft beer, cider, spirits tastings
Tapped & Uncorked, a beer- and wine-tasting festival benefitting Roseville’s parks, will return for its ninth year on Friday at the Roseville Oval.
More than two dozen producers of craft beer, wine, cider and spirits are set to offer unlimited samples of their products. Roseville’s Bent Brewstillery and High Pines Brewing will be there, as will other well-known names from around the state including Urban Growler, Lupulin, Castle Danger, Wild State Cider and Earl Giles.
Plus, local party band Sugar Buzz will be performing all night, and games of “human foosball” will be free to join. Several food trucks will be available, too.
The outdoor festival runs from 6 to 10 p.m., rain or shine, and is for those 21+ only.
General admission tickets are $40 in advance or $50 at the door and include beer/wine/cider samples plus a souvenir tasting class. For an extra $15, you can upgrade your ticket to VIP, which also gets you access to the craft spirits tent.
The festival is a fundraiser for Friends of Roseville Parks, a nonprofit that sponsors improvements to the city’s public spaces. Thanks to donations over the past couple years, the festival says, the organization has funded improvements to Central Park such as inclusive updates to the playground and new outdoor fitness equipment.
