Ross senior Carter, Port Clinton senior Thorbahn special mention all-state
Fremont Ross senior Ayden Carter earned special mention all-state recognition in Division I from the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association.
He averaged 22.9 points and 5.6 rebounds. He established a single-season program record with 500 points.
Port Clinton senior Adam Thorbahn was special mention in Division II. 19.6 eight 3.5 1.2 blocks, 40 3-pointers and made 53.2 percent of field goals as Port Clinton (14-11) took a sectional crown.
Bellevue senior Ty Ray was honorable mention, averaging 13.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.7 steals. He made 49 3-pointers for Bellevue (16-7).
Genoa freshman Walter Plantz was special mention in Division III, averaging 13.8 points, seven rebounds and 2.5 blocks as the Comets (16-8) finished second in the Northern Buckeye Conference.
Danbury senior Blake Barker was special mention in Division IV, averaging 12.8 points, 9.2 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 4.2 steals and 2.2 blocks, with 25 3-pointers for the Lakers (13-11).
Old Fort junior Konnor Ernsberger was special mention, averaging 12.6 points, 5.1 rebounds and two steals. He made 58.8 percent of field goals as the Stockaders (20-4) earned a share of the Sandusky Bay Conference River Division crown.
St. Joseph Central Catholic senior Jackson Wright was honorable mention, averaging 16.3 points, 8.2 rebounds, two steals and nearly one block. He made 52.1 percent of field goals.
