New Round Table Pizza opens in San Luis Obispo. Here’s where
A new Round Table Pizza has opened in San Luis Obispo — though you might not have recognized it thanks to a new company logo.
The new restaurant is located at 2256 Broad St., Suite 110, across from Dollar Tree. It is one of four Round Table Pizza locations in San Luis Obispo County; the others are in Atascadero, Grover Beach and Morro Bay.
The San Luis Obispo location opened unofficially in late April, serving pizza to family and friends, according to area manager Jennifer Lindo. Lindo has been acting as the store manager for the time being.
The restaurant features an all-you-can-eat salad bar, but no lunch buffet, Lindo said. True to its name, it also has two large round tables, as well as a handful of smaller tables that can seat smaller groups.
Currently, the location is only delivering through DoorDash, and not its own internal delivery system, due to staffing limitations, Lindo added.
The restaurant also showcases a new Round Table Pizza company logo: In 2019, Round Table Pizza announced it would be changing its longstanding logo in order to “highlight the lore of the Knights of the Round Table.” Beyond changes to the font and color scheme, the new logo features the slogan “Pizza Royalty.”
