The metro-east softball season continued with several games Wednesday and Thursday.

Belleville West 16, Waterloo 5

The Maroons rolled to an 11-run victory against the Bulldogs.

Waterloo fell to 4-3.

Sophia Boente went 3-for-3 with 4 RBI for the Maroons, while Samaria Adams and Olivia Anderson posted 3 RBI apiece. Aubrey Weaver had 2 RBI while Kayla Connor earned the win. Jada Voelker collected 2 RBI for the Bulldogs.
