Route 78 closed in both directions after crash in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD – One person was seriously injured in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 78 early Tuesday afternoon.
A preliminary investigation found that around 12:28 p.m. Tuesday a crash occurred involving a dump truck, a tractor-trailer and a Dodge Ram pickup truck, according to authorities.
One person was seriously injured, authorities said.
The crash remains under investigation and the roadway was closed in both directions, authorities said.
No other information was available.
