RSVP for Celebration of Spring Luncheon for Christian women
Oak Ridge Area Christian Women’s Connection invites all women to a Celebration of
Spring Luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, at the DoubleTree Hotel, 215 S. Illinois Ave., Oak Ridge.
"The flowers of May sing a welcome to spring. It is a delightful
season of renewal. Our own Melody Turner, music teacher and architect, will
inspire us with a collection of spring-themed music, past and present. We can all
have some heart-filled fun as we guess that tune in a friendly singalong," the release from Christian Women's Connection stated.
The guest speaker will be Pam Wilson, from Loudon, Tennessee. She is a Tennessee regional representative with Stonecroft Ministries.
"She is a whimsical storyteller who loves to make others laugh. She has tales to
share of troubles, numerous mix-ups and a dash of mayhem. Pam will lead us
through the highs and lows she’s experienced as she found her way back on the
right path," the release stated.
Luncheon fare will be a buffet with beverage and dessert that is an all-inclusive at a cost of $16 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Oak Ridge. Reservations need to be called in by noon Friday, May 6. Reservations must be honored.
