Biden has a whopping 80,000 vote lead over Trump in Pennsylvania but Giuliani asked a judge to disregard that

Rudy Giuliani took the old saying “ask and you shall receive” to a new level by asking a federal judge to disregard Pennsylvania voters and rule President Donald Trump as the winner of the state’s 20 electoral votes.

Trump’s attorney and longtime advocate blatantly asked Judge Matthew Brann, a federal judge in the battleground state of Pennsylvania, to declare Trump the winner of the state on Wednesday evening, per MSN.com.

Giuliani and Marc Scaringi are the only attorneys who have not quit the multiple lawsuits filed in an attempt to fight alleged vote fraud in the 2020 presidential election that was won by President-elect Joe Biden. Between Trump’s campaign and his supporters, 21 lawsuits have been filed since election day but they have found no victories.

“Ultimately, Plaintiffs will seek the remedy of Trump being declared the winner of the legal votes cast in Pennsylvania in the 2020 General Election, and, thus, the recipient of Pennsylvania’s electors,” per the court filing signed by both attorneys.

At this point, Biden has a whopping 80,000 vote lead over Trump, per Decision Desk HQ data published by Insider. Biden won 306 electoral votes in total and he only needed 270 in order to win.

This particular lawsuit came with a third revision requesting halt the certification of the election results. Judge Brann has not yet declared if he will accept it. Parties in the case including advocate groups like the NAACP are asking the judge to not accept the revision because the Trump campaign’s claims are baseless.

“You’re asking this court to invalidate more than 6.8 million votes, thereby disenfranchising every single voter in the commonwealth,” said Brann at the hearing. “Can you tell me how this result can possibly be justified?”
