- Pau's former France international Damien Traille, 36, has confirmed he will retire at the end of the season. Traille, who started his career at Pau, went on to spend 10 seasons with Biarritz. He won 86 caps for France, with whom he played the 2003, 2007 and 2011 World Cups, also winning four Six Nations titles including two Grand Slams (2002, 2004). A utility back blessed with an enormous boot, Traille won two French league titles with Biarritz (2005, 2006) and an European Challenge Cup (2012), as well as twice making the European Cup final (2006, 2010).
