MARSHAWN LYNCH: We're losing the Warriors. We're losing the Raiders. Best not lose the A's. Appreciate it.

JARED QUAY: That was a somewhat prophetic Marshawn Lynch back in 2018, fearing the only sport left in his hometown is going to be handball. The A's will reportedly begin to explore leaving Oakland if the city doesn't approve a plan for a new stadium.

It would be a death blow to the city's pro sport footprint. As the Warriors moved across the Bay to San Fran in 2019, and the Raiders spurned Oaktown for the second time, leaving for Vegas just last year. Although who can blame them? You know Mark Davis loves the pool scene in the Cosmopolitan. You know he does.

Anyways, maybe we can bring back the Expos now that Montreal became the Nationals. They had the best unis in the game hands down.

From one team that may be leaving to another team that's looking for new ownership, Alex Rodriguez and his investment team haven't signed the dotted line to buy the Timberwolves yet, leaving room for others to swoop in and make a bid.

[SQUAWK]

It's been a tough week for the former Yankee. As Ben Affleck reportedly swooped in and got back together with his ex J-Lo.

JENNIFER LOPEZ: (SINGING) I love you, papi. I love you, love you, love you, papi.

JARED QUAY: It would really be something if Affleck made a play for the Timberwolves too. But we all know he's too big of a Boston homer to buy anything other than the Celtics. But I admire A-Rod. Even though he seems like a robot that's incapable of making human emotions, the guy takes big swings. He struck out 2,287 times in his big league career, so what's two more?

Finally, Bradley Beal and Kent Bazemore got into a little dustup after Bazemore lightly mocked Beal's injured hamstring on Monday night.

KENT BAZEMORE: 49 points in 29 minutes though, that's unreal. And we got guys hurting hamstrings trying to keep up, so--

JARED QUAY: Beal took to Twitter to fire back and also explain to Yahoo Sports Dunk Bait where he stands on the matter.

BRADLEY BEAL: To me, it was about-- you know, I'm not sitting here debating about whose side you're choosing. Obviously, you should be on your teammate's side. But just keep it that. Keep it hopes. Don't bring my injury into it or me into it.

JARED QUAY: Bazemore is most famous for looking like a hula hoop trying to guard James Harden.

- Oh, my!

JARED QUAY: While Beal is just trying to catch Steph Curry for the scoring title. Bazemore later explained that he was just making a joke. But his damaging and the explosive Twitter mentions had already been done. Yo, this is the kind of beef we need for the NBA Playoffs. It's too bad these teams aren't in the same conference, and they both suck too. We need more beef in the NBA. I need LeBron to say something about Nikola Jokic's baby pictures and how he was all fat.
