Russell Turner to keynote Boys & Girls Club Annual Dinner
Sep. 12—THOMASVILLE- The Marguerite Neel Williams Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Georgia is honored and very thrilled to welcome founder and president of 1915 South, and inspiring community leader Russell Turner, as our featured speaker at our Annual Great Futures Dinner formally known as the Steak & Burger Dinner. The event will take place on Thursday, September 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Marguerite Neel Williams Boys and Girls Club, located at 219 Fletcher Street in Thomasville, Georgia.
This annual event is open to the public, with proceeds benefiting MNW Boys & Girls Clubs. The Great Futures Dinner is intended to give the Club's corporate partners and community supporters a chance to meet the young people whose lives they enrich.
"As the CEO of the MNW Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Georgia organization, speaking on the behalf of the organization, we look forward to hosting this fantastic event every year," said Lee Wagner. "We cannot thank our wonderful event sponsors and donors enough for their unwavering support of this annual event. We are honored and blessed to have sponsors who have supported this event since its inception. During the event, two Club members are seated at each table with sponsors so that the benefactors can interact directly with the children and learn firsthand about the impact of the Boys & Girls Club Youth Center and Teen Center."
In addition to a diversity of entertainment for all, the evening's festivities include a silent auction.
Sponsorships are still available and start at $600 and may be purchased by contacting the Club or visiting mnw-bgc.org. Everyone who attends and shows support, whether it's through a table sponsorship, volunteering, or by making a personal contribution, all helps to make the event successful. Contact Boys & Girls Club at 228-5155 x104 for more information.
"Our children rely on your continued support," Wagner concluded.
