Russell Wilson is a relentless competitor, one of the finest quarterbacks of our generation and the Seahawks will desperately miss him while he’s on injured reserve these next few weeks. He’s also as corny as professional athletes come and every once in a while he crosses the line into self-parody.

It’s funny but in his defense visualization and preparation are big parts of his job. Wilson still found ways to be involved in the game, taking part in both coin-tosses and occasionally drifting onto the field to give his teammates advice.
His targeted return date is Week 10 against the Packers after the bye.
