According to him, the teenagers were “taken out” as part of the “Teens of Russia” federal program. In total, 200 children from various Russian regions, to which the invaders include the puppet authorities in the Donbas, were brought to Chechnya.
Kadyrov said that during these children’s stay in Chechnya, they will be subject to “preventive work” and “military-patriotic education,” which he claims includes participation in sports events, master classes, visits to the Russian Special Forces University, etc.

The deputy head of the Juvenile Prevention Department of Ukraine’s National Police, Yaroslav Shanko, announced on Nov. 16 that Ukraine had returned 103 children who had been abducted by the Russian invaders.
