Heavy Russian artillery fire, including using multiple-launch rocket systems, is being used to stall the advance of Ukrainian troops in the region – near Bazaliivka, Udy, and Verkhni Saltiv, Ukraine’s army command said.

To the south of Kharkiv, invading forces are regrouping in order to restore their offensive capacity.

Earlier reports said that Ukrainian forces are advancing near Izyum, and have liberated a number of settlements from Russian occupation.
