Russia behind missile that fell in Moldova, Ukraine says
“I will not comment on what happened (on Nov. 15) in Poland, but the missile that fell in Moldova is definitely connected to the Russian Federation,” Danilov said.

He added that Moscow often uses outdated, Soviet-made missiles, which are severely lacking in precision.
“If these missiles were made the same year as me, then what else is there to say,” Danilov said in a tongue-in-cheek remark.

On Dec. 5, during another massive Russian missile strike on Ukraine, one of the missiles apparently fell in neighboring Moldova, near the border town of Briceni. Moldovan police reported the incident, without making an attribution.

On Nov. 15, during a massive Russian air attack on the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine, a missile fell onto the village of Przewodów in the Lublin district of Poland, killing two people.
Polish President Andrzej Duda later said the missile could have been fired by Ukrainian air defenses as they were intercepting incoming Russian cruise missiles inbound at targets near Poland’s border.
