Russia commits every missile type it has to war in Ukraine

“Russia has utilized all kinds of missile weapon systems it has,” said Ihnat.
“That’s unheard of. No country has ever sustained this kind of missile assault... We’re doing everything we can to neutralize these enemy attacks.”
He noted that Moscow has shifted to using mostly Soviet-era missiles recently, indicating it might be running low on modern, high-precision munitions like Kh-101, Kalibr, and Iskander. Ihnat suggested it means Russia is aiming to conserve some of its more advanced missiles, in order to continue to present a credible threat to the world.
“We see missiles like Kh-22, Kh-59, Kh-31 being ever more frequently used all across (Ukraine),” Ihnat added.

Ukrainian air force has carried out 1,700 air strikes against Russian forces in Ukraine, according to the official. At least 217 Russian jets, 188 helicopters, and 678 UAVs have been shot down, as of July 13.
Ihnat pointed out that for the last two-and-a-half months, Russian war planes avoid incursions into Ukraine’s air space, opting to instead attack the country with air-launched cruise missiles from over Russia, Belarus, the Black and Caspian seas.
