Russia Deploys Troops for Nagorno-Karabakh Peacekeeping

Russian peacekeeping forces arrived in Armenia on November 10 after a peace deal between Armenia and Azerbaijan was announced to stop conflict in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.

The agreement caused public anger in Armenia, where protesters stormed the parliament; it was welcomed with celebrations in Azerbaijan.
