Debris from a Russian drone damaged a power line in Ukraine's Poltava Oblast, leaving 208 homes and 4 businesses without electricity during a Russian attack on the night of Feb. 27, Poltava Regional State Administration head, Philip Pronin, reported on Telegram.

"Remnants of an enemy drone damaged a power line in the Lubensky district at night," he wrote.

Specialists are now working to restore electricity to affected areas.

Russia attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones and several types of missiles overnight on Feb. 26-27. Explosions were heard in the Poltava and Khmelnytskyi oblasts during the attacks.

Ukraine’s air defense systems destroyed 11 Shahed drones and two X-59 missiles overnight, Ukraine’s Air Force said.
