Quote from the Ukrainian Embassy’s Facebook post: "Russian aggression against Ukraine has spread to Israel.

Not so long ago, we witnessed significant propagandist attacks on social media, as well as anti-Ukraine demonstrations sponsored by the Russian government. These demonstrations took place in Haifa, Netanya, and in front of the Ukrainian embassy in Israel."

Quote from Yevhen Korniichuk, Ukrainian Ambassador to Israel: "We are neither shocked nor surprised that Russia is financing the spread of misinformation among the Israeli population. Despite the planned demonstrations, we are aware of the fact that the Israeli society for the most part supports Ukraine and is against Russia’s aggressive attacks."

Earlier: On 3 July, the Israeli High Court of Justice ruled to allow a visa exemption for Ukrainians fleeing the war in a rebuff to Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked’s closed-door policies.
