Russia fire 80 shells on Sumy Oblast over the course of Saturday

Russian forces have shelled Sumy Oblast five times over the course of Saturday, 30 July: over 80 Russian shells struck various hromadas [amalgamated territorial communities] in the oblast.

Details: Russian forces fired 12 shells from a self-propelled artillery system on the hromada of Velyka Pysarivka soon after 15:00.

Just after 16:00, Russian forces used mortars to fire 18 bombs on the hromada of Bilopillia, which was also hit by seven Russian artillery shells between 17:00 and 18:00.

Another shelling took place just after 20:00, with another eight shells hitting the hromada.

In addition, Russian artillery fired 36 shells on the hromada of  Seredyna Buda.

Zhyvytskyi said that the information regarding casualties and structural damage is being confirmed.
