Details: Reportedly, the Russian occupiers took the former Navy captain Oleksii Kyseliov, "sentenced" to 8.5 years of imprisonment, from the Simferopol pre-trial detention centre to the Russian Federation.

Oleksii’s relatives say that this happened on 18 September. The last known place of residence was Krasnodar. Where Oleksii is now is not reported.

The Ukrainian Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights recalls that the employees of the pre-trial detention centre are obliged to provide such information to the relatives of the political prisoner within ten days, but they did not do so.
