Russia launches 3 strikes on Kharkiv, power and water cut off in several neighbourhoods

Russian forces carried out an attack on an energy infrastructure target in the city of Kharkiv on the morning of 10 October, causing power and water outages in several of the city’s neighbourhoods.

Quote from Terekhov: "Preliminary reports suggest Kharkiv was hit three times. An energy infrastructure target was hit. Power went out in several of the city’s neighbourhoods, there are water outages.

Oblenergo [public energy supplier in Kharkiv Oblast - ed.] experts and municipal workers are doing everything they can to restore vital infrastructure in Kharkiv."

Details: Syniehubov has also reported explosions in Kharkiv. He urged the residents of the city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast to remain in shelters until an all-clear sounds.
