Russia pooling additional forces to advance from Izyum
According to an update from the General Staff, the pace of Russian offensive in Donbas is picking up, with heavy shelling and air support being seen in every area.

The Russian army continues to rain artillery fire on Kharkiv, while the mainthrust of the advance is coming from Izyum.
Substantial Russian forces have been committed to try and push towards Nova Dmytrivka and Velyka Komyshuvakha, the General Staff said.

The Russian command has deployed additional airborne regiments to Izyum, along with 500 units of armor and equipment.
