Russia strikes Kharkiv with daytime missile attack, says governor
The Russian invaders used S-300 systems for the attack, he said.

No casualties have been reported as a result of the strike.
Emergency services are still working at the scene, Synegubov added.
The last time Russian troops shelled Kharkiv was on June 5, when missiles hit the city center and the Slobidskyi district.

Russia also continues to shell settlements in the region, especially the Kupyansk district.
