Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Oleksii Danilov said that Russia is currently changing its tactics and plans to destabilise the situation in Ukraine through Russian agents disguised as Ukraine's national patriots.

Quote: "Russia’s plan has not changed - it is to destroy us as a state, to destroy our population... Internal destabilisation of Ukraine by means of Russian agents is the number one issue for Russia.

Now, there is an operation tentatively called "Chameleon", which involves Russian agents disguising themselves as national patriots."

Details: According to him, the Russians still have a large number of weapons and the next few weeks will be very difficult.

Danilov noted that Russia has changed its tactics, concentrating troops and attacking the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, planning to reach their administrative borders.

The Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council urged people not to underplay the strength of the enemy.

If Ukraine is going to have the security guarantees, then, according to him, the rules must be clear to all.

Danilov also believes that Russia will not change its vector of development and instead of one Putin there will be another.
