Russian attack: Heavy damage to transformer substation in Lviv
Russian forces attacked Lviv with missiles, severely damaging several energy infrastructure facilities, including a transformer substation, on Feb. 15, the Ministry of Energy reported on their Telegram channel.

As a consequence, an infrastructure facility lost power.
The Ministry noted that the morning's large missile strike did not significantly disrupt the functioning of energy infrastructure.
Russian missile attack triggered air raid alerts across multiple Ukraine’s Oblasts on the night of Feb. 15. Explosions reverberated across Ukraine, from the eastern cities to Lviv in the west, air defense systems were engaged in Kyiv and the surrounding Kyiv Oblast.
