Details: Filatov's name was also discovered in the Russian Interior Ministry's wanted list.

Mediazona points out that Filatov is charged with incitement to hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity with the threat of violence (Article 282.2(a) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Meanwhile, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported in April 2023 that a case of incitement to genocide had been initiated against Filatov.

Background: On 14 January, during a massive missile attack, the Russians hit a high-rise building in Dnipro.

The Russians launched the attack with a Kh-22 missile designed to destroy aircraft carrier groups at sea.

A Russian missile hit a residential building on 14 January, killing 45 people, including 6 children.
