Russian Defence Minister arrives in Ukraine and "inspects" Surovikin

Sergei Shoigu, the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, has inspected a Russian command post in Ukraine and heard a report by General Sergei Surovikin.

Details: According to the aggressor country’s Ministry of Defence, Shoigu heard a report by General Sergei Surovikin, the commander of the joint group of Russian troops in Ukraine, on the current situation, the execution of combat missions, the actions of the Ukrainian military, and issues relating to provision for the mobilised troops.

Russian media has specified that the command post is located in the so-called "special military operation zone".
