Russian forces kill 5 civilians and injure 35 in Donetsk Oblast on 12 August

In the past 24 hours alone, Russian forces have killed five civilians in Donetsk Oblast - a total of 728 civilian residents of Donetsk Oblast have been killed at the hands of the Russian military since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion on 24 February 2022.

Quote: "Russia continues to kill civilians! On 12 August, the Russians killed 5 civilian residents of Donetsk Oblast: 2 in Kramatorsk, 1 in Bakhmut, 1 in Kurakhove and 1 in Kodema. Another 35 civilians were injured."

Details: Russian forces have injured a total of 1,880 residents of Donetsk Oblast since 24 February.

Kyrylenko reiterated that the final tally of casualties and fatalities in Mariupol and Volnovakha is yet to be determined.
