A major fire broke out in occupied Donetsk, RFE/RL reported on Oct. 31, citing local eyewitness accounts and video footage.

According to their information, an oil base is ablaze in Donetsk’s Budyonivskyi District, near the Mushketivske Cemetery.

At the same time, Ukrainian journalists Denis Kazanskyi and Andriy Tsaplienko reported an alleged Ukrainian missile strike on a Russian army fuel depot in the city.

Earlier on Oct. 31, there was a fire at Simferopol Airport in occupied Crimea.
