Russia hackers disable Ukraine Education Ministry website

The official website of the Ukrainian Education and Science Ministry is currently inaccessible, due to a Russian hacker attack, the Ministry’s press service reported on Facebook on  Feb. 7.

The Ministry is actively addressing the issue and has committed to providing updates on the restoration of the website.

Education and Science Minister Oksen Lisovyi also said on X (Twitter) that the disruption was a result of a Russian hacker attack.

Russian hackers had already targeted several state-owned enterprises, including Naftogaz, Ukrposhta, and the Gas Distribution Networks company.
