According to Hayday, Russian troops are purposefully leaving people in an information vacuum, while spreading doctored and propagandized videos and materials to create an impression that the Donbas is under full Russian control.

“It’s just a bad thing – due to the lack of any Internet in many cities, these appeals, by the way, it is unknown when they are recorded, almost no one will watch them,” the governor said.

Hayday noted that after blocking mobile Internet, the enemy also began to turn off the cable service, such as in Svatove.

“In addition, there is no mention of the huge losses of the invaders after the fire damage inflicted by the Armed Forces on the clusters of Russian troops,” he added.
