“To Ukraine, to Europe, Russia has brought problems of a magnitude we couldn’t even imagine several months ago,” said Zelensky.

“Cancer treatments are essentially unavailable; insulin supplies for diabetics are severely limited, if not just gone; we’re unable to perform surgery… even antibiotics are in short supply.”

“These are the consequence of the Russian invasion for some parts of our land, for some cohorts of our people, whom we have to liberate from the invaders.”
