“Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki called as a matter of urgency the Committee of the Council of Ministers for National Security and Defense Affairs,” Muller said.

Polish media outlet Radio ZET reported on Nov. 15 that two Russian cruise missiles fell in Poland’s Przewodow, Lublin district. According to the report, two people were killed.

A senior U.S. intelligence official subsequently confirmed the report to AP, saying that Russian missiles did indeed cross into Polish territory, killing two civilians.

Polish officials are yet to comment on the matter.

Russia launched another massive barrage of 90 missiles at Ukraine on Nov. 15, targeting critical energy infrastructure across the country.
