Russian missiles damage residential area in Odesa Oblast, six people injured

Russian missiles this time targeted housing in a village close to Odesa, resulting in fire spreading across an area of 500 square meters. This area had both private houses and commercial buildings located on it.
According to preliminary reports, a child was among the six individuals wounded in the attack.

After emergency services have extinguished the fire, the National Police will conduct an investigation and a further assessment of the damage, both to the health of local civilians and to their property.
The Tu-22M is a 1970s model of Russian strategic bomber that has been used by the Russian army in Syria. It went through several upgrades in order to be able to carry missiles of the X series, which are used for hitting long-range targets.

For the past week, Russian missiles have hit several targets all over Ukraine – in Chernihiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, and Kyiv. Ukraine is preparing a number of lawsuits against the Russian Federation and is continuing to collect evidence of war crimes.
Kyiv on June 26 was hit by several X101 long-distance missiles, which damaged a residential building and a kindergarten in Kyiv’s Shevchenko district.
Six people were wounded in Kyiv by the X101 missiles, and one person was killed. All those who survived and need treatment are now in hospital, while two individuals have light injuries and receive treatment at home.
