The Russian invaders are rapidly preparing for a sham referendum in the occupied territories: they have already decided on the venues and are campaigning actively.

Quote from Haidai: "People are lured to a fake referendum with food, water, building materials, as well as promises of a good life from a mobile TV screen, which brainwashes the population in the occupied cities all day.

This is a kind of blackmail. "We help you meet your primary needs, and you take part in the ‘referendum’. If not, you die, and we'll make up the result without you."

Details: According to Haidai, the occupiers are already drawing up a register of venues where they will hold the sham voting.
