Russian propagandist Solovyov has a "secret family" with US-born children

According to report, besides his wife and eight children from different marriages, Solovyov has a lover – Russian basketball player Svetlana Abrosimova. She owns an elite villa worth RUB 500 million ($6.2 million) in Sochi, located next to the homes of the wife of General Sergei Surovikin, son of Russia's Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, and former FSB employee Sergei Shishkin.
Records about the owners of these villas, including Abrosimova, are classified. The investigation also noted that information about the basketball player's elite property in Sochi and her apartment in Moscow was deleted from the Russian State Registry.

"Why is Svetlana Abrosimova, a retired athlete, protected by the state? Why did the Russian state equate her with the families of Patrushev and Surovikin?" Navalny's team asks.
The investigation revealed that Abrosimova and Solovyov visited doctors together, use the services of the same driver, and flew to New York together. The propagandist also publicly supported the basketball player and tried to pressure coach Boris Sokolovsky into including her in the Russian Olympic team.

The authors of the investigation also found that in 2017 Solovyov flew to the United States quite often. Abrosimova went there at the end of 2016 and gave birth to two daughters – Margarita and Maria, who received U.S. citizenship. The basketball player, who supports Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and participates in pro-Kremlin propaganda events, also holds U.S. citizenship.

Sources withing Solovyov's entourage reportedly confirmed he has a "secret family" and often visits Abrosimova's elite residence in Sochi.
