The attack was aimed at the Russian positions in the city port.

"According to the preliminary data, (Russian) ships are fleeing the port of Berdyansk they have entered recently in order to steal Ukrainian grain and scrap," the message reads.

A video showing the moment of impact appeared online.

Ambulances arrived at the scene.

The illegal occupiers’ authorities confirmed the explosions, while claiming that there were no victims or damage in the attack, Russian propaganda news outlet RIA Novosti wrote.

Ukrainian Armed Forces have yet to comment on the strike on Berdyansk's port.
