Russians shelled 18 towns and villages and attacked three more from the air in war-torn Kharkiv Oblast. In nearby Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts Russians continue to hold the occupied lines and to prevent the advance of the Ukrainian forces towards the state border.

On the Slovyansk axis, Donetsk Oblast the invading forces opened fire on the positions of Ukrainian troops using all available firepower near Nortsivka, Bogorodychne, Petrivske, Barvinkovo, Kostyantynivka, Nova Dmytrivka, Dolyna, Nova Mykolaivka, Karnaukhivka, Dibrovny, and Chepil.

Enemy cannon artillery units continue shelling the settlements in Sumy Oblast, bordering Russia.
