Russians attack Kostiantynivka, killing 3 and wounding 14 civilians

Three people were killed and 14 more received injuries as a result of an attack on Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast on the morning of Saturday, 28 January.

Details: Kyrylenko has reported that the attack happened on the morning of Saturday. At first, three people were reported killed and two more injured, but the number of the wounded has increased to 14 civilians as of 15:00.

The head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration has once again called on all residents of the oblast to evacuate.

Quote: "Kostiantynivka is a city relatively far from the contact line, but it still suffers from enemy strikes all the time. Everyone who stays in the city puts himself in serious danger as Russian forces are hitting civilians because they are incapable of fighting the Ukrainian army."
