Russians continue to kidnap orphaned children from Luhansk Oblast, send them to Russia
“Another 76 orphans were taken to social rehabilitation centers for minors in Russia, in the Moscow region,” Hayday wrote. “Currently, four regions of Russia must accept them as part of family groups.”

According to him, another 104 children who are under the guardianship of social institutions in the “Luhansk People’s Republic” – a sham republic Russia created in Luhansk Oblast in 2014 – are being prepared for transfer to Russian families.
“This allows the invaders to bridge the generational gap, especially among the male population, which is growing daily along with the number of military dead,” he added. “What will happen to this issue in the so-called “LPR”, the Russians don’t care – they understand that their presence in Luhansk Oblast is temporary.”
In early September, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets said that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia had deported more than 7,000 Ukrainian children to their country. So far, Kyiv has managed to return only 51 minors.
“Russia is doing everything to prevent our children from returning to us, even simplified their legislation regarding adoption,” he said.

U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that before the full-scale invasion, Russia planned measures to filter and deport Ukrainians at the occupied territories.
