"In order to minimize the consequences of missile strikes, the section of the road near the infrastructure facility was closed for traffic in advance" the governor added.

On Jan. 14, Russia launched another wave of missile strikes against Ukraine. In the morning, explosions were heard in Kyiv and the oblast. Later, a multi-storey residential building in the city of Dnipro was struck, as well as a number of energy facilities across Ukraine.
