The researchers referred to a U.S. OSINT account on Twitter, which quoted anonymous Iranian sources.

Back in July, U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan announced that Tehran planned to deliver up to several hundred drones, including those capable of carrying weapons, to Russia on an expedited timeline.
