Russians land another attack on Kharkiv, hitting university Mayor

On the night of 8–9 September, Russian forces fired on the Saltivka neighbourhood of Kharkiv, hitting a university building.

Quote from Terekhov: "The Saltivka neighbourhood was also attacked overnight. A higher education establishment was damaged. The State Emergency Service workers are clearing away the rubble at the site of the attack."

Previously: The night before [September 7-8], Russian forces used multiple-launch rocket systems to fire on the city of Kharkiv. A woman was killed in the Chuhuiv hromada (administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories) in another Russian attack.
