The aggressor intends to fire on the territory of the Sumy Oblast, the General Staff said.

On the Siverskyi axis, the Russian occupying army continues to maintain up to three battalion tactical groups of the 1st tank and 20th general armies and airborne units in border areas in Russia’s Bryansk and Kursk oblasts.

The aggressor fired artillery at the positions of the Defense Forces in the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts.

The combat readiness of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus is being checked on the Volyn and Polissya axes. According to available information, there are plans to hold a military meeting with conscripts from June 28 to July 16, 2022 in the Gomel region.

The meeting plan includes the issue of forming separate infantry battalions of territorial troops, conducting combat coordination, as well as working on organization of protection and defense of facilities.

The threat of air and missile strikes from the territory of Belarus on the facilities in Ukraine remains, Ukraine’s General Staff said.
